I worked on the CGI tool FXSuite360, where I was responsible for the end-to-end redesign of the platform's trading experience. By understanding complex operational and regulatory requirements, I translated technical insights into intuitive flows that safely manage $70B+ in annual settlements. I focused on high-precision data visibility, WCAG accessibility, and consistent CGI branding. Throughout the process, I closely collaborated with product managers and developers, utilizing AI-driven prototyping to ensure a feasible, accurate implementation that ultimately led to a 72% reduction in support tickets.
